1. First you have to open Microsoft office Excel 2007

The laptop does not accept CD's so when I try to activate 2007 I type in the key code. And it responds that it will not accept it that I should call Microsoft.
2. Click on windows button and then search for it

6. As you see this state and UT list which is not sorted in alphabetically and we will do this another column which you can tally with each other, see my video
7. Select it first which you want to sort now go to right side top tab called 'Sort & Filter' click on sort see in video
8. Now select 'continue with the current selection' see now
9. Now you can tally the list each other
10. Now you will see it will sort now
11. Now we will 'filter' this list and we pick any one state and other cant we see by using filter see in my video
12. Select the list title which you want to use filter
13. Click on top tab 'sort & filter' choose filter

Here is what to do, if the above error message is shown while opening a macro-enabled file:(XLS, XSLM, XLSB)
- Click the File Tab (top-left most tab in the window)
- Click the Excel Options butto.
- Click Trust Center in the menu on the left

- In the new window that opens click Macro Settings in the menu on the left
